1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage) and the app cache (service worker) work in a similar way — we describe these technologies below as well.

2. Legal basis
Files and data essential for the service — sign-in, cart, form protection, remembering the chosen language and your cookie choice — are stored without consent, because the service you request cannot be provided without them (Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law; Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Visit statistics run only with your consent (Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Refusing consent does not limit any feature of the service.
3. Which cookies and browser storage we use

4. External services
When you go to an external service — PayU payments, signing in with Google or GitHub, authorising a device manufacturer account (e.g. Daikin, Samsung SmartThings, Viessmann) — that service stores its own cookies under its own policy. We have no control over them and do not read them.
The InPost parcel locker search runs through our server — your browser does not connect to InPost and receives no InPost cookies.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, do not profile visitors and do not pass cookie data to advertisers.
5. How to manage cookies
You can change your statistics choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the page footer. Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You can also delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent signing in and using the cart.
